Blast Spraying is an advanced surface coating technology that is excelled than blazing spraying, plasm Spraying and arc spraying. The principle of Blast Spraying is to send oxygen,acetylene and spraying powder to the spray gun, ignite and blast, the temperature of blasting gas can reach 3450??and speed at 2500-3000 M/S, the melted  powder is sprayed to the surface of work piece at ultrasonic speed of 760-1200M/S. The coating with lower interstice rate,<1%, and higher combine intensity:100-160 Mpa,the most can reach 250 MPa.
